One thing I was busy making on my blog absence is baby shower invites! I made thirty of these for a friend and I have to thank Nadine for helping me when I ran out of ribbon and Emily/Sky Nacho for helping me find more paper that I used for the bears!
I stamped the left portion using the distressed frame from Luck of the Irish and used the Polka dot impression plate for the main card face. The bear comes from Baby Button Bits as does the sentiment.
Thanks for coming by to look!
Melissa

WOW Melissa, I can see why you were absent. 30 of these adorable baby shower invites must have taken a long time! I like them a lot!
These are so sweet! I love the soft look you achieved on the teddy - and you really did get the most out of your embossing plate! (I haven't figured that out yet!) I can imagine that your friend must have been THRILLED with these! (I hope there was an extra one for her memory box!)
Aww..very sweet!!! I really like the pattern on the side and the bear is cute in the patterned paper.
