I made this card for a friend to give to a grandmother-to-be, what a thoughtful gift!
I used the PTI anniversary set, Everday Classics, again. Sorry if you are getting tired of seeing it! I also heat embossed the tiny polka dots on the background layer.

This is beautiful and of course, uses one of my favorite colors! Such fancy insides too, the insides of my cards are always seriously neglected.
